Physiotherapy

 

In our first consultation I will make a full assessment of your problem to find the cause and the proper treatment – manual therapy (mobilizing joints), visceral therapy (mobilizing organs), trigger point treatment, movement analysis (posture, leg axis training, walking analysis etc.), all forms of massage treatments, exercises, cupping.

Rate for 45-60 minutes: £ 89.00 ​

 

Deep tissue massage

 

With firm pressure and slow strokes I treat the deep layers of muscles, tendons and fascias.

It reduces pain, breaks up scar tissue and makes movement easier.

A deep tissue massage is always a relaxing full body massage. If you want to focus on a specific area please book Injury/Pain Management.

 

Lymphatic drainage (Földi Method)

 

This is a very gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids, which carries waste and toxins away from the tissues back toward the heart.

Good for swelling or edema, after an injury or surgery, detox, to improve circulation, relaxation, stress relief.

Foot Reflexology

 

Our whole body is reflected on our feet, our hands, our ears, iris and tongue.

Problems on certain areas in our body also cause pain or irritation via “reflex pathways” in the connected areas on the feet and can be treated with firm pressure. Can be very painful in these areas.

60 Minutes: £ 74.00

Massage Etiquette

GENERAL INFORMATION

Treatments can not be split. If you want a treatment for more people please book enough treatments.

Your booking time includes setting up the table, required hygiene steps and packing.

I have an XL-table measuring 210x95cm. Make sure I have enough space for the table and me to walk around it!

If the treatment starts later because you are too late or have to do something before we can start, your treatment will therefore be shorter. Should I for an unforeseen reason be late I will make sure that I either stay the time longer that I came too late, or you will pay the equivalent less should one of us not have time for that.

 

Please provide 2 big towels, 1 small towel and a cover for yourself and make sure you are fully prepared so we can start on time.

 

 

CODE OF CONDUCT

These treatments are strictly professional and non-sexual. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, the booking ends immediately and full payment will be taken.

 

During your treatment, please:

 

  • Wear underwear on your lower half at all times

  • Never make sexual comments or requests – even as a joke

  • Don’t touch
