I know that we are more than just a body.
We are human beings. We have a life. We have various jobs and hobbies. We have emotions.
We are the sum of all of that and the appreciation of it all is more important to our physical health than we most time think.
Our body continuously tries to tell us something. If we ignore this voice it will become louder and many of us have already found out the hard way that when you don't rest when you need it your body is forcing you to rest. Listen to your body! You just have one health and this is a battle you won't win. ;-)
SERVICE AREAS
I exclusively work as a mobile therapist. So I do home visits (by car). I don't have my own practice.
Please make sure you are within this area before you book and that there is parking available!
You need at least 6m² for me to set up the table (table is 95x210cm) and have still space around it to work properly.
