
Terms & Consent
1. Professional Status
I am a licensed, chartered Physiotherapist and Massage Therapist practicing in London. Treatments are provided in accordance with UK professional standards and within my scope of practice.

2. Informed Consent to Treatment
I consent to physiotherapy and/or massage therapy treatment, which may include manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, stretching, rehabilitation exercises and related therapeutic interventions.
I understand that possible side effects may include temporary soreness, bruising, fatigue, or short-term aggravation of symptoms.
I understand that I may withdraw consent at any time.
3. Medical Disclosure
I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, pregnancy status and other health information. I understand that failure to disclose relevant information may increase risk.
Physiotherapy and massage therapy are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency medical care.
4. Professional Boundaries & Zero Tolerance Policy
All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature. Any inappropriate behaviour, including sexual remarks, suggestive conduct, or deliberate exposure, will result in immediate termination of the session.
The full session fee will remain payable. Future appointments may be refused.
The therapist reserves the right to terminate a session at any time if professional boundaries are crossed or personal safety is compromised.
5. Consent to Physical Contact & Draping
Treatment involves therapeutic physical contact. Appropriate draping will be used at all times. Only the area being treated will be exposed.
Treatment does not include genital or breast tissue. If clinically indicated work near sensitive areas is required, explicit informed consent will be obtained in advance.
6. Mobile Appointment Conditions
The client agrees to provide a safe, clean and appropriate environment for treatment.
The therapist may leave the premises if conditions are unsafe, unhygienic, or inappropriate. The session fee will remain payable in such circumstances.
Pets must be secured during treatment.
7. Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
50% of the price are charged if the booking is cancelled or changed in less than 24 hour prior the booking.
The session is charged at the full rate if cancelled, missed or rescheduled less than 5 hours prior the booking.
8. Data Protection
Personal data and health information are collected and stored in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Information is used solely for clinical and administrative purposes and will not be shared without consent unless legally required.
9. Payment & Online Booking
Payment is due at the time of booking. Once I confirmed your request, a payment link will be sent out for you to pay for the session. By booking online, you agree to these terms and conditions.
